Aluminum Fence Products Warranty - ShopFencing.com warrants to the original consumer purchaser of our aluminum fence products a limited lifetime warranty that our aluminum products will be free from defect in workmanship and that our coating will not crack, chip or peel. Gate workmanship, including welds, are warranted for a period of two years. Powder coating for Coastal properties is warranted for a period of one year. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by use other than that which the fence material has been designed, negligence, alteration, accident, improper storage or installation, abuse, misuse, vandalism, acts of war or acts of God. The above constitutes the complete warranty by ShopFencing.com and no other agreement, written or implied is valid. No person is authorized to change or modify this warranty. This warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all pets will be contained with our fencing. Because our fencing is aluminum made, pickets can bend with enough force. The purchaser should take the pet's size and temperament into consideration before purchasing an aluminum fence for pet containment.

Vinyl Products Warranty - ShopFencing.com warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its vinyl fencing and handrail products are free of defects in workmanship and materials and that, in the course of normal and proper use, its vinyl products will not chip, peel, blister, flake, be damaged by pests or have abnormal weathering colorations. Tan or other non-white product warranty does not include normal color fade due to weather and sunlight. Gate workmanship, including joint fasteners and adhesives, are warranted for a period of two years. ShopFencing.com warrants only those products manufactured by its facilities. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. Hardware Warranty - Unless otherwise agreed in writing and subject to the provisions below and herein, all hardware provided by ShopFencing.com is warranted as fit for purpose for a period of 90 days from the date of sale (invoice date). All warranty offered under these terms and conditions are on a return to base basis only. ShopFencing.com is not responsible for freight, transport or insurance warranty claims. No warranty is given for corrosion, UV or Solar exposure, or rough handling, lack of maintenance or wear and tear.
