Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping cost is based on the order weight and shipping destination. These rates are actual shipping rates from the shipper. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. We ship products in the United States using various shipping methods depending on the size of your order. For larger orders, we ship common carrier (18-wheeler) with lift gate service. Please make sure your residence can accommodate a common carrier delivery (18-wheeler) or you may have to meet the truck at a convenient location for unloading. Someone must be at the location for delivery as the shipping company will not deliver without a signature. Please keep in mind that below shipping times are estimates and my vary a day or two. Please do not schedule installers until your order arrives.

YOU MUST CHECK YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY AT TIME OF DELIVERY!! IF YOU NOTICE DAMAGE, YOU MUST NOTE ALL DAMAGE ON THE SHIPPER’S DELIVERY SLIP. IF YOU DO NOT NOTE THE DAMAGE WITH THE SHIPPER, WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY DAMAGED MATERIAL. If you have listed the damage on the shipper’s delivery slip, we are happy to replace any damaged items. Please send photos of any damage and a list of items to be replaced to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. Incorrect Items or Any Other Problems must be reported to Online Fence Supply with 30 days after your products were received.
Above is a photo of how we package and ship our products. They are securely banded to a pallet and completely stretch wrapped. If your order does not look like this when it arrives at your home, carefully inspect it and note any damage on the shipper's packing list.
