Return Information

Returns: Everything listed on our site is brand-new and provided with a full manufacturer's warranty. We accept returns on manufacturer defects or damaged products ONLY. If you notice damage due to shipping, please contact us immediately, and have the damage noted by the delivery company's driver on the packing list provided. If the product is damaged due to shipping and you the customer sign for the delivery without noting the damage with the shipping company's driver, we cannot accept returns. Please send damaged products back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item.

Damages, Incorrect Items or Any Other Problems must be reported to ShopFencing.com within 30 days after your products are received.

Canceled or Changes to Orders: If an order for stock products is canceled or changed within 24 hrs. of placement, there will be no additional charges incurred, and your money will be refunded to you. If your order contains custom made products (i.e., custom gates, custom routed posts, etc) we cannot refund your money. Because we process and manufacture orders quickly, if a stock product order is canceled or changed after 24 hrs. of placement there will be a 25% restocking charge. If an order is canceled or changed after the order has shipped the actual shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking charge. If the order was shipped and you received it, the cost of return freight is the customer's responsibility. Please advise us of your tracking information once shipped back to us.
