Everything listed on our site is brand-new and provided with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Returns on manufacturer defects or damaged products: If you notice damage due to shipping, please contact us immediately, and have the damage noted by the delivery company's driver on the packing list provided. If the product is damaged due to shipping and you the customer sign for the delivery without noting the damage with the shipping company's driver, we cannot accept returns. Damages must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt.
All Other Returns: You may return UNDAMAGED items for 30 days after the order is received. All freight charges and fees associated with returning the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer. All returned items will be inspected and photographed when received. A 40% restocking fee will be applied to fence sections, gates and posts. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to hardware and other items as long as it is returned in it's original packaging. Custom made products CANNOT be returned once ordered.
Damages, Incorrect Items or Any Other Problems must be reported to ShopFencing within 30 days after your products were received.
Canceled or Changes to Orders: If an order for stock products is canceled or changed within 24 hrs. of placement, there will be no additional charges incurred, and your money will be refunded to you. If your order contains custom made products (i.e., custom gates, custom routed posts, etc) we cannot refund your money. Because we process and manufacture orders quickly, if a stock product order is canceled or changed after 24 hrs. of placement there will be a restocking charge. If an order is canceled or changed after the order has shipped the actual shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund in addition to restocking charges.
